Martone Planning Studio was founded in 2011 under Martone Investments (Pty) Ltd, to help public and private clients turn complex land, infrastructure and development briefs into clear, deliverable projects.

We combine statutory planning knowledge, spatial design thinking and project coordination with close attention to local context, producing plans that are technically sound and realistic to deliver.
