Master plan for a public infrastructure site

This project was one of several public infrastructure master plans designed and approved by Martone Planning Studio under a government-backed procurement programme introduced in 2023 to accelerate infrastructure delivery.

Martone's role was to design a master plan for the site and carry it through to statutory approval, contributing to a coordinated programme of public infrastructure projects delivered under a single package and timeline.
