Master plan for a hospital and housing site

This project was one of several public infrastructure master plans designed and approved by Martone Planning Studio under a government-backed procurement programme introduced in 2023 to accelerate infrastructure delivery.

The brief combined a healthcare facility with associated housing on a single site — a planning arrangement that requires careful coordination of land use, access, and layout to produce a master plan that functions as a whole. The plan was designed and carried through to statutory approval as part of a broader infrastructure programme.
