Martone was mandated to design a service station on a retail-anchored site. The proposal was successfully approved — a result that depends on shaping a scheme that is not only workable on the ground but clear enough to move through statutory review without delay.
On a brief like this, design decisions and planning logic have to stay aligned from the outset. The site layout, access arrangements, and land-use context all feed directly into whether an approval can be secured and what conditions it comes with.
