Overview
30-hectare subdivision and industrial change of use — approved
Martone subdivided the site to create a 30-hectare portion and secured a change of use to industrial to accommodate a wagon manufacturing and mechanical workshop. The plan was approved by the relevant local authority.
The project required land restructuring and a new use case to be resolved as a single approvals package — a subdivision that only works if the intended industrial use is confirmed alongside it, not treated as a separate question to be answered later.
